I'm sorry to say that I found out too late that they were an illegal payday loan lender in the State of Alabama. I had a $500.00 loan and I have paid them $1,460.00. $960.00 overpaid by the time that I revoked the ACH transactions. I filed a complaint with the Alabama State Banking Dept, State of Alabama Attorney General's Office, FTC, and the BBB of Delaware after reading on this forum what I should do. My contact is with a Anthony W. at Integrity Advance. My complaint with the BBB is unresolved because he keeps saying that I obviously didn't read or understand what I signed. According the person that I talked with in the state banking dept., it doesn't matter what the laws of Delaware say--it is the laws in Alabama that prevail. So I decided to go back and read all of the fine print on the IA loan paperwork. Here is a statement that I found and didn't realize it was there: I understand that the Loan Agreement and any subsequent agreements between myself and you are subject to Delaware law, that I agree
to be bound by such law, and acknowledge that, in the event of a bona fide dispute between myself and you, that Delaware law shall
exclusively apply to such disputes, regardless of where any proceedings are held. Do you think because I signed this that I have messed up any change of getting out of this without having to pay them what they say is the remainder of this loan?
