Illegal Lenders in Texas

Hi Everyone!! I am so glad I found this site I believe it is a Godsend! I am up tonight unable to sleep because I too am in Payday Loan hell. I am in Texas and was wondering if anyone knew if the following companies were illegal

GRE-12
United Cash
US Fast Cash
Cash Advance Network
JHS
Pay Day One
PayCheck Today
Speedy Cash
Loan Point
Cash Direct Express
Gov Emp Credit
Texas Loan Corporation
Loan Shop

I think I have gathered from the threads that GRE-12 and Gov Emp Credit are illegal but I am not sure about the others. I too have paying on most of these loans since August and thought the balance is slowly decreasing the interest is significant.

I am considering closing my account also if the majority of these companies are illegal.

Would appreicate any and all help you can provide and thank you so much for this website. I have read the dealing withillegal lenders posted by shazzers in Feb and will begin the process of trying to obtain addresses.
