Just received two calls in a row. First from a very rude woman who babbled on about wage garnishments, etc. I told her she wasn't allowed to call me and hung up. Minutes later I got a call back from a total A***hole who said his name was Sammy Wilson. He asked me if I was the receptionist at my job. Then he asked for my supervisor. I told him he was not allowed to call me as I had sent a Do Not Call letter and he said he didn't get anything. I told him I would not speak to him and he said he would just keep calling back until he got my work address and spoke to my supervisor.

I sent them 2 Do not call letter's already but they keep calling. What am I supposed to do?

Ahhhhhhhhh, payday loans are prohibited in your state, see the link below:

Yes, you need to send them an email revoking their right to a wage assignment, then give a copy to your employer. I am going to give you a link on how to deal with payday lenders that are unlicensed, please read it thoroughly, it will give you a guideline to follow and has a lot of helpful information, CLICK HERE .

I know they are. That is why I sent the letters to my PDL companies. I also had to close my bank account and open a new one. I haven't heard from any of these people in months. Now all of a sudden this PDM place has started calling my job. They called back on December 2nd and I immediately sent a letter (certified of course). Today's calls were the worst. Threatening me and saying they will continue to call until they get my supervisor and my work address. I actually get all the mail and anything they send will go through me but the calls are really upsetting. I don't want my supervisor to know how stupid I was (to get a PDL to being with).

I just emailed them both a Cease & Desist and a wage revocation and I also sent them Certified mail PRIORITY so they have them by Monday. I don't know what PDL company they work for (they didn't say) so they must be a collection agency for one of them. I only had 2 loans and I paid hundreds of dollars on each before I found out they were illegal. One loan was $500 and one was $300 and I paid more than double that in fees on each.

It's not Phoenix Debt Management. It is PRO (Professional) Debt Management. I got home tonight and they called my house at least 3 times. It's on my caller ID and they left messages. Is this just another name for Phoenix or a different company??
