Payday One Help

I recently got a loan marked PAID IN FULL with them -- but that is after I filed a complaint with the BBB. Also, I got the Ky Dept of Finance involved -- they were illegal to lend here. Now, if you go to their website, you can not get a loan from them if you are in KY. I would check your state laws closely...then proceed.

ky gal I had questions regarding your loan through payday one how did you determine they were illegal to lend in KY? I ask the question because I too had a loan through them and had attempted several times to work out a payment resolution with them, but they wouldn't budge. I haven't paid anything and was worried they'd try to legally come after me.

If you are already making payments then it is NOT a payday loan. PaydayOne IS operating legally in the state of Ohio, they are operating as a Credit Service Organization. You might try asking them if they have a hardship plan, but you will need to explain your situation.

Dede-- i responded to your other post. They are NOT legal in KY -- plain and simple. They are in other states -- however, they will no longer lend in KY (this is a new development...after the Ky Dept of Finance intervened, i believe).

Also -- every lending institution MUST be liscened in Ky to lend here -- fyi.
