I am a resident of Tennessee. Thanks!

Well, Tennessee laws state that lenders can offer loans to its residents as long as they are licensed in USA. You can check the state laws here. Hence, the key would be to find the licensing status of each of your lenders.

It seems Kenwood and EZPayday Cash are located in Delaware and Utah respectively.

Kenwood Services LLC
1209 Orange St Wilmington
DE 19801
ph: 877 794 5562

EZPayday Cash
4848 South Highland Drive, Suite #654
Salt Lake City UT 84117 US

Sit tight, Shaz and others would soon be here.

Kenwood is NOT licensed anyhere, EZ Payday Cash is licensed in Delaware.
For Kenwood and CashTransferCenters, CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders.

For EZPayday Cash you will need to pay them back according to the laws in DE, click the link below to read the payday loan laws for DE:
http://www.paydayloaninfo.org/stateinfo/DE.asp

The first thing you should do is close your account asap! Read the link I gave you above on how to deal with illegal lenders, all the information you need about the two unlicensed lenders you have will be in that thread.

I would tell EZpayday your account had to be closed and you will no longer be able to make payments via electronic transfers, do NOT give them your new bank account information under ANY circumstances, payday lenders share information and you wouldn't want the unlicensed lenders to obtain that, they are nothing more than criminals!
