And they offered me a 12 month Hardship program
150 per month payment or 200 whichever customer wants
6 months 0%
6 months 9.9%
Not a bad program But settling would be better

American Expess offered me the same hardship deal. I am 150 days late. My issue is since I started this process, do I really want ot start paying again? Today I offered settlement of 32% and will hear back in 48 hours.

Its not a bad program to buy some time though.
I might start if for a few months then go the settlement route
