I have a store front payday loan in default as of now..I tried to make Payment arrangement but they don't want to hear it so ...anything i can do in the meantime?

This means they offer an EPP (Extended payment plan) but usually you are only eligible for that BEFORE you default and you have to ask for it because they won't offer it, I'm not sure if they would allow you to begin an EPP now that you have already defaulted but all they can do is say no if you ask, see the link below to read about the EPP, refer to number 11.
