Well, I managed to work out a payment plan with all my credit card company except Citi. They charging 30% APR.

Does anyone know where I can file a complaint or whether I have any options?

Thanks

Current with all accounts. All others I was able to lock around 6% APR if I close my account except CITI. Back in July they lowered it to 15% for 3 months and then went up to 29.9 and I just noticed it. They said they sent me a notice about the increase.

My credit score took a beating from closing all account and I'm trying to just avoid settlement. Got my overall debt from 125,000 3 years ago to little over 60,000 now.

First call them and close the accounts. They will ask why. Tell them your financial troubles and that you will be unable to make any future paymants for the forseable future, that all of your funds are going to those who mahe deals or are secured. They will change their tune very quickly.

I just basicely voided my hardship deal with them, they had dropped my interest from 29.9 or some outragious amount like that down to 9.9. When they come back with 0% or a deal we will talk again.
