Did I do it right by asking PDL Loan to send the refund to my address?

Yay for you, I am glad you didn't give them your account information! They may respind and tell you they can't send a check to your address but insist you have no account.

Insist on a check mailed to your home address. I received a refund via overnight mail! good for you for being persistent.

It's so good to hear success stories against these illegal lenders!

My response was NO.... then I added " you can overnight it to my home address" you know that don't want to do USPS because then it becomes Federal.... LOL

Seriously don't know why I find this all so funny considering the heartache they cause so many people... but they are cracking me up for some reason.

a credit card? that is a good one! they are fishing for account information - just keep saying you need to sent to your home.

They are starting to irritate me because they are saying "it has to be electronic to track it" well your bank statement will show "electronically" what is happening as well as it told me what you were doing to my account.

Maybe you can tell them you will fill more reports against them since they have admited they owe you a refund and now they are making it impossible for you to whats owed to you

Maybe you SHOULD file more complaints anyway, this is definitely a sleezy way to obtain your person information.

Better do it quick. They're up to their necks in a big lawsuit with a marketing company and the other side filed a motion to shut them down and ban the owners from the payday loan business. Hearing is in a coupld of weeks.

Good Idea I think I will file some more. I never really expected to get the money anyhow but at least I feel vindicated that they recognized it.
