PDL in CO

It looks like CO law only allows one renewal or extension.
I am trying to get through Christmas otherwise would have paid them off.
Do I have any options?

Looking for help
This was my post.
I did read through other threads before posting. I have filed a complaint with AG and BBB. I cannot close my account at my bank because I have so many auto debits for other bills it would be very labor intensive.
I thought I saw a letter to send, but does not seem to have success with USFastCash.
HELP?!?!

Colorado AG has already sued these guys, but has lost so far. The Colorado Supreme Court agreed to review the case but no decisions yet. If you aren't willing to close your account and wait out their collection cycle, there probably isn't a whole lot you can do. That could change when the court rules, but closing your account is the only short-term fix.

This lender is NOT licensed anywhere in the U.S. I am sorry to tell you this but your account will never be safe again as long as this company has your account information. It may be a year down the road when you think you have this settled then BOOM they will debit your account stating you still owe them money. They are nothing more than criminals and there is no negotiating with them. They are not to be trusted in any way. I would be concerned if I were you knowing that criminals have your account information. It would be in your best interest to close this account and open a new one at a totally different bank, but that is for you to decide.
