Back 4 months ago I contacted all my creditors and they all, but Cap One put me on hardship programs. At that point I was just at 30 days on most accounts. Cap1 wouldnt do anythig for me so I started to pass them over at Bill Pay time. Today I got a new statement from them, havent had one in 2 months, According to them I am now 6 months behind so I guess that is 180 days? So far thet arnt calling to make a deal. I will let you know how long they take.

Mr Bulldog,

Im looking forward to seeing how this one works out. There are many others which as I mentioned above, have all offered and that I am in "work out" or hardship deals with. IN the interest of regaining my freedom I have just begun notifing them that I can no longer meet the obligations of "the deals" Which is actually the truth. Cap 1 because they wouldnt work with me just happen to be the my "let see how this works" company. At the same time I will be meeitn with a lawyer on 1/4 to explore other options.
