PDL Default Question

I defaulted on a payday loan and they sent me an email saying that my "Bad Check", (It was an online, ACH Transaction) had been reported to Contribution, a service of SCAN, and that I wouldn't be able to write checks at major retailers like Wal-Mart.
Is that true?

You need to contact them and dispute it, let them know you will file a complaint against them if they don't remove the negative mark.
