what if a payday lender debited account before due date

they were supposed to make the withdrawl on jan 7 2010 and made it today dec 24th 09 and screwed up my acct.

I would call your bank and file a fraud claim with them to try and get your money back and the fees waived. Also did you have anything in writing with the lender saying they were going to debit no earlier than 1/7?
