Chapter 128 for payday loan comsolidation

In August I filed Chapter 128 in WI to co.solidate my payday loans. I made my first 2 payments on time. However, I lost my job in October and wasn't able to pay over the last three months. I recieved a letter from my trustee saying that my file would be dismissed on 12/31. Now I've started working again and can begin repaying again, but I can't catch up to get back in good standing. I want to know if I let my 128 be dismissed can I refile right away and start over? Anyone have advice about this?
