Oneclickcash and UCL are two of the most stubborn pdl's. Each time you recieve an email from them just reply and tell them your state law prevails, give them the amount you are willing to pay, and end the letter with, no address, no payments.
Are these pdls legal? If not then I wouldn't bother to call them

I've dealt with One Click. I sent them my revocation of ACH on July 27th and let them know I would only pay them the principal I borrowed less the fees already paid. They sent me e-mails; I resent my letter asking for a physical address. I never talked to them; just corresponded by e-mail. They eventually stopped e-mailing me. Have heard nothing since September 2009. They are not legal and there's nothing they can do to you. Ignore them or keep sending the same e-mail; preferably several times a day
Ok, I will do. Does anyone know the best email address to use.
Ok, I will do. Does anyone know the best email address to use. I have 2 different ones, customerservice@ and Compliancedepartment@.... or would it be best I sent to both?
I would send it to both. Or just reply to the one they sent you.

I did, I guess now I wait to hear back... I also included a copy of that e-mail I had received from Senator Barbara Boxer stating she was going to start a formal inquiry. I put a note in my letter telling them I would love to tell her that they realized their mistake and has agreed to accept the remaining principal balance.... But I dont think they will care.
