I have a pdl from payday one and I live In Tennesse so it's legal.I am embarrased to admit I am deeply in debt and have unpaid credit cards in addition to my pdl.The payments for my pdl have been set up to be debited from my checking account by ACH.My credit is so bad I am unable to open another checking account so if I close the one that my pdl loan is set up with I will be unable to have another one.I need my checking account so I can't close it but want to block payday one from debiting anymore money from it.I spoke to a manager from my bank and they told me that I can't open another account with them either because I have another acount with them that has been charged off.I logged into my payday one account and updated my bank account info by suppling them with the closed account number to the account that was charged off hoping that would stall them.
Can I write them a letter revoking my ACH authorization to keep them from debiting my account, that way if they do debit it I can show my bank the letter I sent payday one and they can refund me? If so what do I say in the letter?

How do I do that? Do I write a letter to both the bank and the pdl and what do I say in the letter. Does anyone have a sample letter as an example? Thanks for the help. This is very frustrating.

forgot to add this, since paydayone is legal in my state what do i say to my bank about revoking the ach. If i tell them i want to revoke it because I just can't pay the pdl company that will be very embarrasing.if my pdl were illegal then i'd have a good reason for revoking the ach.any advice?

I have sent three letter to revoke these ach debit to these illegal paydayloan company's and well now they have put me in compliance. Should I still contact my bank? What does this mean. i can't even call and talked to someone about it. They said that everything will be dealt by fax or e-mail?
