hi, I'm new to this forum, just spend two days on line and on the phone searching for solution to get out of my credit cards debt. Ended up filing out an application with Mach 3 debt solutions. Anyone here have any experience with the company or any other similar to them? thanks for your help

hi, i know, the person on the phone explained that rating to me the all BBB is controlled by some companies and won't allow the others get a good rating and that you have to pay fee as a company to be a member with a good rating??? really don't know what to do, it looks like won't have money to make the minimum payments on credit cards!!!

i hear this is true with the bbb, but it still can be used if you forget the rating and look at complaints not so much the number but see if all complaints were resolved this is whats important. bigger companies with larger clientel will mostlikely have more complaints due to the fact they have more clients, but if they are resolved than that means they did as promised

Mach 3 Debt Solutions is probably one of the few companies left out there that does an excellent job with their clients. I had one credito that was settled at 10% and received a 90% discount off of one creditor. Not all creditors go that route, but it was still nice to get a guarantee on such work. Most out there plays guessing games with your finances, they take their work very seriously and professionally....glad to have experienced it on my own.....

Sir, if you spent 2 days researching how to get out of credit card debt, how in the world could you have missed all of the information on the internet and this forum that explains in detail how you can settle your own debt and do a more effective job for far less money than paying someone to do it for you? Seriously. You must not have read my diy posts in all of that research. If you want to know, you are welcome to "research" them. Good luck.

Jaroslav, please do not use this company. It is a total rip-off. I only wish that I had googled the name and read some reviews before signing a contract with this company. I am in more debt now, after paying these people for the last 2 years to pay off credit cards for me. The only people that were paid was MACH 3. They paid themselves and not my creditors. I consulted a lawyer who said that basically it would cost more money than I now have to file suit against these liars. Last month one of the credit card companies filed a writ of garnishment against my pay check and I am now being garnished every week for the next 2 years. I contacted Mach 3 as soon as I received the judgement and they did absolutely nothing. They would not return my phone calls for days or weeks and when they did, it was just one lie after another. To hell with Mach 3 and all it stands for or doesn't stand for. I pray that they get exactly what they deserve for scamming consumers.
