Any luck with Lowes

I owe about $3100 and have not charged for 6 months, I moved got the bill and paid 2 days late! I called them and too no avail they would not drop rate from 31% back to the 18 I had, 12 years with them and late maybe 2x that i could remember.
I had to take a $200 a wk pay cut and am now after going through savings, try and settle with BOA,Discover,and Capital one

Lowes
I charged about $60... But with the pay cut and cost of prescriptions doubled, making min payments leaves me about $80 a month leftover... I cut back on cable or other extras.
But if anything pops up I am broke or late
