I received a letter from Eligibility patient advocacy liaisons. Says they want to help me out with some medical debt on behalf of a hospital. I tried to look them up but wasn't able to find anything out about them, I did see them listed as NCO Eligibility patient advocacy liaisons. Could this be the infamous NCO up to some new tricks?

BTW, nice to see the active mods doing such a great job :)

My brother used a liason a couple of times when his wife had a stroke and they helped a lot. Have you called the hospital they are refering to and asked them about the agency?

Golden is right, it may be a coincendence, but would check into it. Check around locally and see if you can find anything out about them,BBB, etc.

Good Luck and keep us posted. It is good to see you again...karen
