I know these 2 companies are goint to be a nightmare for me. I really havent heard much from them, on Wed I emailed the another letter stating what I would pay and also attached my copy of my e-mail from Senator Boxer stated she was opening a formal inquiry on them. I do get unknown & blocked calls but I dont answer and not sure who they are from out the last 4 I am dealing with. I was wanting to know what your advise would be in regards to these last 4 (viploanshop over paid, discountadvances over paid, Oneclick owe $200, unitedcash owe $300). Should I just not bother with them until they send me something or should I be a pain and email them my letters of demand everyday? Oh and do we include copies of our complaints to the BBB, AG, Depart of Corps, FTC and ect?

I want to thank you for your time. And I wish everyone here a better new year in taking control of their lives.

I only email my letters when I get yet another 'settlement' offer from USFastCash or CPD, the collector for MyCashNow. Other than that, I'm doing nothing and only losing sleep because my mind's been racing with all the new career paths I can pursue now that I'm laid off :-)

Sorry to hear about ur layoff, I bet its not making things even easier for you. I think sometimes I think to much about it and my mind goes crazy. Not happy with myself in regards to this mess. From what I have read oneclickcash and unitedcashloans are big pains. I read in todays news that kentucky has a new law in regards to payday loans, but it will only probly help with legal ones.

Please believe this if nothing else...you do not have to talk to them if they call. You can hang up if you answer or not answer it if you have caller ID. When I had CAs calling me, what annoyed me most was hearing my phone ring every hour or two (you can also pick up and then disconnect).

Don't let these folks stress you out. That's what they're counting on to get you to talk to them and give THEM control. Don't do it.

Thank you Icon, I sure need everyones supoprt here, I am having a hard time emotionally. I will tell you sometimes I think if I pay them they will leave, then I come here and read other post and think again, no dont do it... The unknown calls kind of stress me out. so I have started to just shut off my cell phone, if its off and they dont leave a mess, it never shows they called. I just hope I can wait them out.

OneClickCash is a pain in the butt!! I had a 'stop payment' with them, about 3 years ago. They were taking MORE out of my bank account then original agreed to. They will call for a long period of time, then the calls stop for a long period of time. When they leave a message, it's not even a LIVE person..it's a computerized recording.

just know jasgal that we are here to help in any way.whether it is for support or information.just do not give this criminal bunch anymore than they deserve.that is how they get you.constant calls knowing some will give in over time.stay strong, watch for a pattern on your caller id,and ignore the calls.as for your first post here.i would flood them with e-mail demands, and your state laws.i did that with ameriloan, everyday send 5 e-mails.without fail 5 a day.then i got an e-mail stating not to e-mail.i sent one last one stating i won't take the stupid calls.that was 2 1/2 yrs ago.haven't heard a peep since.also keep your dept of corporations, and your AG updated if they get ridiculous with the calls.above all else you owe them 300.00 nothing more.

I've already told UCL that State officials have said they're not legal in my State, and UCL said the State officials didn't know what THEY were talking about, so I'm not too hopeful, but will give it a try; "your PDL's are illegal in Maryland and I will not answer your telephone calls...." will see if that works.

I had a company do that to me.. i ignored them, the calls started, i ignored those, too and they went away. that said, i did overpay them by a lot and kept sending letters for them to go away but do not let them stress you. all they can do is call and you do not have to speak to them.. demand everything in writing, and hang up on them when they do call. do not let this affect your health.
