Write to them by certified return receipt mail and dispute the charge! Tell them they need to validate it under the FDCPA! Deny everything! I would advise getting an attorney just to contact them for you!

i would check with our court clerk to make sure there was no default judgement first.then if so look into getting it vacated for improper service.if there was no case or judgement i wold look into a contingency lawyer and sue this place.they so deserve it.

I hired an attorney and now CACH attorneys are withdrawing the garnishment. They first lied and said I cosigned for a 70 year old woman. Then they got a judgement against be. The court papers said they served me in Michigan, but I obtained letters from my job stating that I was living and working in Cal. the day they supposedly served me. They have fradulently done this with intent, but now the ordeal is over. I'm wondering if I can sue their ass now. Whatcha think?
