Ace Cash Services is not the same as Ace Cash Express. ACS is part of the same group as One Click Cash and Ameriloan that pretend Indian tribes are the lenders. They only use the name Ace so that when you look them up you see the legitimate Ace Cash express and ASSUME they are the same, have a license and you must pay whatever they demand. Why ACS hasn't been sued by the real ACE for trademark infringement is anyone's guess.
