These are all legal lenders, you really need to contact these lenders and try to work something out with them. Explain that you have fallen on hard times and need some type of extended payment plan. Another suggestion is to send them all a letter outlining a plan to pay them back, in these letters send a good faith payment, send them all certified return receipt requested. Send payments to each of them on a regular basis, this way when they do sue you (because they will eventually) it will look good on you in court and show that you were at least making an effort to pay them off.

Tell them you are not allowed to receive personal phone calls at work, in fact, add that to your letter. Also tell them when they call do NOT call you at work it is not permitted. I had no problem after I told mine, they just called me more at home though. lol So, I changed my phone number. If you follow through and make those payments faithfully, as much as you can, when you can, by the time this goes to court it will probably be mostly paid off. This method has been successful for me, and others, you have nothing to lose by trying and it will look good on you in the long run.

It really depends on the lenders but I can give you a rough idea. I paid 20 bucks every two weeks. The first thing I did when I got my paycheck was purchase all the money orders I needed at 20 bucks each, then I wrote the name of the lenders on them so I couldn't cash them out. In the letter I sent I told them that is what I would pay and I remained faithful to that payment until it was paid off. At the time, that was all I could afford.
I have typed up all 9 letters and i told them what i can afford
I have typed up all 9 letters and i told them what i can afford and why i cant afford more and i also am sending out a no garnishment letter, with everything, i wish i could send them out today but i do not have the money to include at this time,
they can always reject the amount i am offering to pay, then what do i do i cant afford any more

Just send the payments anyway. If they are stupid enough not to accept the payments and send them back, and this ever goes to court, the judge will frown on that, but it will look good in your favor.

Listen to Shazzers; send the payments anyway; if they accept the payments, then they are, in effect, accepting your terms. If they send the payments back, then be sure to keep all of the papers AND the envelopes that came back with them (example, an envelope stamped "delivery refused.")
