Offer to pay by Paypal - Need help asap

I got a response from a lending who indicated they can't accept payment by mail. But would accept by Moneygram, Paypal, or credit card.
I am considering Paypal, do you think this is a save obtion? That they would be able to get my new bank information this way? What about Moneygram would that be safer?

What I have decided to do is a prepaid credit card, I have found one that cost me 9.95 to activate. just as a piece of mind I am willing to pay the 9.95 per month to make sure they do not get any of my account information. And I should only need it for 3 months and I should be done with them. You may want to look into this option.
