Has anyone had any recent dealings with CTC? Do they immediately send in the wage assignment once the loan defaults? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Also, the wage assignment is a voluntary agreement and can be revoked by the borrower anytime.

while there is no time frame on them attempting a wage assignment.they do attempt it.get a WAGE ASSIGNMENT REVOCATION letter to you payroll or hr person right away.the do it yoursekf or sample letters in the WATCH OUT section bottom right should have templates to use.
