Collection Agency is "representing" OR

I spoke to the credit union I have a charged off debt with and they advised me they are being represented by CBR Collections and that I would need to contact them. On my credit report it onl shows the OC.
i am planning on sending the CA a Pay to Delete letter. Should I be putting all of them info in he spaces provided or the OC's information? i want to make sure i am doing this correctly so the funds go towards helping me.

If the CA doesnt report, no sense listing them. If only the OC
If the CA doesnt report, no sense listing them. If only the OC reports, they are the ones who must be listed. It is quite possible that they will not accept pay for delete...a lot of companies dont.
