Read the article. I still have my documentation (loan agreement) through Rocky Boy - they owe me money, but I was glad to have them off my back. I plan on forwarding copy to Montana A.G. so they can see the scope of what these thieves have been doing.

I would suggest anyone else who's dealt with this tribal conglomeration do the same.

me too.... they want my account or credit card information to send me a portion of a refund.... they told me that as they are an "internet business" they can only do "electronic" payments.... I told them BS

I went to the website that was mentioned in the article www.responsiblelending.org there is a place that you can send a complaint again payday loans. They will forward your mess to your local senators. I think everyone here might want to try it. And sorry if I post alot of writting in, but I am a person who reads alot and thinks the squicky wheel gets oiled. My goal is it drive all of these illegal lenders out of business.
