Hi there. I am hoping I am doing this properly. Forgive me if I am not. But, I have been all over the forum trying to figure the puzzle pieces out on my own and I am getting confused. Okay, here is my information:
PDL Loan Center
Amount Loaned: $300
Amount Due: $390
Amount Paid: $360
Integrity Advance
Amount Loaned: $500
Amount Due: $650
Amount Paid: $450
Nationwide Cash
Amount Loaned: $500
Amount Due: $650
Amount Paid: $300
I live in TN and all of these were done on the internet. I have already stopped payment because it is killing me while I'm trying to pay all other bills. I would appreciate any information if any of them are illegal so I can go through the steps I saw on a sticky. And, if they are legal, can I make my own payment arrangements via money order with the company? Thank you so much. I appreciate any help that is given. Take care.

The TN laws suggest that as long as the ipdl company is located
The TN laws suggest that as long as the ipdl company is located in USA it can legally lend to the TN residents. The pdl company is required to follow the lending laws of the state where it is located.
Amongst your lenders Integrity Advance is located out in DE. So they are probably legal.
