Case dimissed in court - but still on Credit Report

Portfolio REcovery Associates sued me for a 3 year old Chase credit card a few months ago. The case was dismissed with prejudice because PRA could not find any proof that I owed the debt even though the judge gave them three continuances to find proof. Both Chaser and PRA were reporting the debt on my credit reports.
Along with the Order to Dimiss, the judge intructed PRA to remove their reporting on my credit reports as per my counterclaim. But Chase is still reporting it. When I disupted it with the Credit Bureus, the reponse wfrom Chase as that it was valid.
Can I use my Order to Dismiss to get Chase's entry off my reports? Do I go a fter Chase or the Credit Bureus?
Thanks!

Cindy,
Contact an attorney with experience in FCRA violations.
After reading the thread that SC linked, your situation begs for legal attention.
A good place to start your search would be naca.net.
If you are unable to find an attorney who specializes in FCRA violations near you, you may be able to connect with a naca member from that site who will be willing to consult/assist a local attorney you do find.
