I had a loan with JHS Marketing. I pd $90.00 on it and then had bank issues and closed my bank account. I called and emailed them that I needed to change my info so they could put my new bank info. No calls or emails back from them. Then a month later I got a call from The Law office of William Sokel. IU found no such place. I told them I would not be giving them any money because I could not find them as repretable. I called JHS. They said to email customerservice@icollect.net that is the only way to contact them and they will tell me how to pay back my loan. Did that no email back. I received a call today from someone saying they are Officer Mike Stevens with United Federal Bureau giving me a case number and three counts I was going to be arrested on. He did not ask me for money he just said write down your case number so when you are arrested. What is this? I live in FL. I did not write them a check they were taking it from my account.

You cannot be arrested for defaulting on a payday loan. Here is their contact info. I need to do some checking to see if they are legal in FL.

JHS Marketing
6505 Runningwoods Dr
Tampa, FL 33634-4721
Phone: (813) 850-1380

*Sorry, I don't know where I got OneClickCash. I've corrected the info above for you.

they cannot arrest you for not paying a loan, cc's or anything else, it's a scare tactic that they use on the regular.

i hope your documenting all these things who you talked to when you talked to them who they referred you too etc. and as for them arresting you tell them you know as a fact they cannot arrest you for it and blow it out thier a$$. if they continue also tell them you know its illegal to impersinate a officer of the law and im sure they could be arrested right along with you! LOL find out even if they are allowed to practice legally in your state. there are many steps you can take but forget thier idle threats its illegal for them to threaten you in this way and let them you now know

Don't worry about this you can not be placed under arrest for a debt. Turn the tables on them and tell them you will meet them at a police station with your attronmey and make it easier, they will not have to look you up. They are crooks who work you under pressure. In short they are nothing, and they will not show up. Advise them this is being turned over to a valid Law Enforcement Agency for investigation. That should stop them. This is not only for you but for others reading these complaints. THEY ARE CROOKS!

Do a search on the boards about the United Federal Bureau and you will soon see that they are some of the crookedest, sleaziest people on the web. Do NOT give them a red cent--and like was said before, offer to meet them at the police station, and see how fast they hang up, lol!! I would also not give the PDL your new banking information as a safeguard to you, but would pay them back what you legitimately owe them via prepaid visa card or money order.

NO! It is NOT true, you can not be arrested for owing a debt, an electronic transfer is NOT the same as a paper check. CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT!!
