Changed bank accounts and PDL took out money from new account
Date: Thu, 01/07/2010 - 11:11
I live in California and have the following internet PDL's:
UC Financial/Ez paydaycash 400 paid 360 owe 325
speedy cash 255 paid 300
payday loan yes 255 paid 300
loan shop 500 paid 300
FBD 600 paid 800
The problem I have is I closed my account and changed to a new account because they were withdrawing bi-weekly when I only authorized monthly due to me being paid only once a month. Somehow they found my new account and began withdrawls that weren't authorized and caused several NSF's. I contacted them to pay principal after closing account. What can I do to reverse the payments from my new account so that I can still work to pay principal? Thanks for help

you need to go to your bank and file fraud charges, and have it reversed and ask the bank to see if they can explain how they got the new number. some banks will link the accounts.

The only legal lender you have on your list is FBD. The rest of yours are not licensed to lend in your state, so, CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders.
