Doctor's Bills

I have been going to a doctor for chemotherapy for quite a while, twice a week. For the first three months I stopped at the front desk to pay a co-payment and each time I was waved out the door saying everything is taken care of, afterwards I no longer bothered to ask. Nine months later I received a bill for these same co-payments starting with my first visit. Do I owe payment?

my medical insurance also has a copay however i do not have to pay at the time of service they bill me later for it. you probably have something similar to that. i would call and make sure the figures are right, if to expensive doctors offices can arrange different options, hope you get feeling better
