How to be updated with our latest credit score? How much long it will take to get updated? Please tell me.

You can obtain a free credit report from each of the 3 credit bureaus once per year at annualcreditreport (dot) com. If you also want your credit score, there is an additional fee.

As far as your score being updated, it depends on how often your creditors report your information.
