how can i avoid credit card usage

Thanks a lot to peoples who helped me in my previous problem.

But i observed that, My mostly payments is going through my credit cards. Such as Phone bill, Internet connection bill, shopping payments. So i observed my life is going to addicted by credit card. I hope i will take suggestive from our forum by experts.

Please guide me about, how to avoid use of credit card? Credit card is going undevidable thing in my life. Credit cards means debt. If i want to get out from debt first of all i want to avoid to use credit card.

Please share your advice to me.
