First why is it so difficult to get a mailing address for payment from these PDLs, and second why would they send me an email like the one I got today? Can they really decline a payment I send to them? What happens if they do?

"If you don???t want us to receive your payment please send to address listed below:

2711 Centerville Rd. suite 120-5900
Wilmington,DE 19808

This address if for bankruptcy only.

Thank you,

Sue, if I were you I would respond to that email, if you want to receive payments from me you will send me a physical address to send payments, it's your choice.

They are a pain to work with. They just kept sending me e-mails and not providing me with an address. Then they turned it over to their collection agency, who started harrassing me. They too, wouldn't give me an address. I would not give them my bank info, nor did I want to get a prepaid debit card. I reported them to the internet scam people, included a copy of the complaint with my validation of debt letter to Smith, Haines & Watson in October, and haven't heard a word since then.
