Is MYCashTime licensed in Texas? If not, then what do I need to do since I have a loan with them. Have only paid one payment of $75 on a loan for $300.

So does that mean that they aren't licensed? They haven't given me much trouble so far. Not like 500FastCash which has sent me a couple of e-mails and called and left two threatening messages. I only got one message from MyCashTime. The only e-mail was one saying that my payment was due. I put a stop payment on my checking account to keep both of these from taking anything else out (They both took out one payment so far before this.) From what I have read about 500Fast Cash thoughI am thinking maybe I should close my account and open another. It is going to be a pain because my husband and I both have direct deposit with out paychecks. I was going to do the block but the person I talked to at the bank said if I did that I wouldn't be able to write any kind of checks to businesses that do electronic drafts, like Walmart.
