CashNetUsa - $1769.26 owed - Paid $266.85 in fees so far
Ameriloan - $325.00 owed - Paid $945 in fees. Original loan $400.
Integ Advance - $650 owed - $475 in fees paid. Original loan $500
MyCashNow - $479.80 owed - $287.18 in fees paid. Original loan $600
GECC - $506 owed - $318 in fees. Original loan $400
Collect500 - $675 owed - New loan, no fees paid yet.
I know that Ameriloan is illegal and I have paid way more in fees than the amount of the total loan. Can I recover any of that? I want to block the PDL's from deducting any fees on my next paycheck and try and work with them myself. Is this possible?
These are all online lenders...

Does anyone think I can just call these people up and set up some type of payment schedule with them? The biggest problem is that I want to stop them from accessing my checking acct and hitting me with their fees.
If they won't work with me will a hard debit block work? If so, does that mean I can't use my debit card for any regular purchases like gas, groceries, etc...?

One more thing, I thought I read on here that in Texas $500 was the max they are supposed to allow as a loan. I was able to get $1500 from CashNetUsa and they allow 4 extensions as well.

CashNetUsa is your only legal lender and is a CSO (Credit Service Organization), CSO's do not follow the payday loan laws and are not required to be licensed. Basically, a CSO or Credit Services Organization is defined by the Texas Credit Services Organization Act (Section 393 of the Texas Finance Code). Your other lenders are NOT licensed to lend to TX residents, making them illegal! CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders.

If you have a hard debit block placed on your account, you won't be able to use your debit card. You'll need to go the bank teller line to withdraw money. If/when you decide to do it, don't go the teller, ask to speak to a bank manager or official. Bring copies of your ACH revocation letters (as outlined in Shazzers' link on how to deal with illegal lenders) so the bank official/manager knows you've already communicated to the internet PDLs that they no longer have authorization to debit your account.

Well, I get paid next Thursday and I want to prevent them from accessing my account. My credit union stated they can block any ACH for $20 per ACH and it will remain in effect for 6 months. I'm wondering if those sneaky PDL's can somehow get around the block.

What a load of @#%! I was going through all of my PDL's to obtain both e-mail and mailing addresses. I contacted MyCashNow and they stated that they have no e-mail address and that they aren't at liberty to state where they are located.
A business can't give you their location? That doesn't sound right at all.
I checked my loan documents and it shows the following: MyCash

I think on Monday I'm going to place a hard debit on my account and then once I get paid later in the week I'll open up a new acct. It's no big deal to use cash.
Some PDLs will try to issue a paper check under a different name
Some PDLs will try to issue a paper check under a different name (but same company) if they cannot do an ACH debit. That's why placing your account on deposit-only status (thus blocking ALL debits) is the best course of action to take.
MyCashNow will claim that the only way they can take a payment is via bank draft or Western Union or Moneygram and that there's no physical address you can send payments to.

Thanks Icon, that's what I'll do on Monday then. I will place my acct on deposit only and open up another acct. I will need a pay period or two for my paycheck to switch over and I have some things that ACH like insurance, etc...
I want to pay these people back but the fees are getting outrageous.
