Hi I live in minnesota and in 2008 I took a bunch of payday loans out and now i have paid all the legal ones back. Yesterday I got a call from Ameriloan stating that if i dont pay them back by the end of the month they are going to send me to a third party collections. I just read on here that in minnesota they have to be lic. If they are not we dont have to pay them anything back I was wonding if ameriloan is lic??
