I am sure the payday loan business will be total shut down in the US.
But we need to make sure that we do not rely on these companies in the future. There are sad stories of dealing with such companies and we should not repeat our mistakes again in the future.
Payday loan companies will extend credit to almost anyone who has been rejected by all others in the market. Obviously, they are doing noble services to the people. They are charging heavily for it and it hardly matters if someone is going through hard times.
Stop using payday loans and make yourself financially stable for the future. They might offer help in the beginning but probably that is the sweet poison for killing you slowly and gradually.
