they can't get garnishments without taking you to cout.the wage assignment is voluntary and revocable.get a WAGE ASSIGNMENT REVOCATION letter to your HR or payroll person.she stated a wage assignment totally different than an actual garnishment.get the letter to your payroll person tomorrow.then they won't get a thing.what # comes up on your caller id?whether it's proffesional debt mediation,or phoenix dent managment.both are bottomfeeders that thrive on people not geting the revocation letter to the proper people.do that, and you don't have to worry.you shouldn't worry at all.file AG complaints against either bottomfeeder.

couldn't find a thing with that number.real legit huh?i would get the letter to your payroll person, and tell this person to go scratch.again whether it is proffesional debt mediation,or phoenix debt management.neither are going to take you to court for an illegal pdl.once you payroll person gets the revocation letter relax, another bottomdwelling CA bites the dust.

Ok, I will do this tomorrow, I just hope they can not do anything to me. this is one that I over paid to top it off, I have filed all my complaints and dont know what to do next. So I guess I will file complaints tomorrow against them too. this whole thing sucks. But I did do it to myself. Thank you for your help.

it is not an easy process my friend.just about every place that will call is a bottomfeeder that can't do squat but threaten.just remember anytime you need support,or just to vent we are here.btw no they can't do a thing except threaten once you get that letter to you payroll person.

Thank you for all the help, I have been able to settle 3 of my 7 so that to me has been worth this whole process. I just have been feeling well so it makes me emotional sometimes.

I HATE BOTTOMFEEDERS!!!!!!!!!!! First off, don't believe a word out of her lying mouth, unless she faxes you the document! I really think this was a scare tactic and don't fall for it! Did you contact your payroll person with your letter stopping this? The ONLY way and I mean the ONLY way they can attach wages in California is by getting a court judgement!! Tell her that you'll see her skanky butt in court--and see how fast she hangs up!

To take me to court dont they have to come to california and prove the debt is legal in my court system, which it is not legal. My employer will only accept california court orders of wage garnishment, I spoke with them and they said they do not allow wage assignments to keep them out of any possible legal issues. I am going to work on everything tomorrow and get out as many complaints as I can. She sure did get me upset today, but she is going to realize I dont give up I will send letters to everyone till someone listens, so starting tomorrow I am send 1 letter a day via, mail, email, fax...

The DV letter is the for validation? I am getting it all together. Plus They have to sue me in California right?

Question: I have paid a total about of $360.00 in bi-weekly fees on an original payday amount of $300.00.
I can't keep paying this fee, and now they are sending me to collections. What recourse do I have if any?

yes it is for debt validation, and they would have to sue in not only your state, but your town, village, county,or bourough.i doubt they can or will do that.
Thank you sooooo much.... I started to file my complaints today.
Thank you sooooo much.... I started to file my complaints today. I am also going to file with the AG in their state cause I found a article dated in Aug 09 that said the AG office in MO had file suite against them and other collection agencies. And I would love to go to court in Cali with them cause I have spoken with a guy at the Depart of Corp here and he said that next time I speak with them he would love to for them to call and speak with him and he gave me his number.....I bet they dont want his number.
