Ok...my WF account is at 155 days past due. Called WF today myself, the lowest he could offer was 65% over 3 months. I can't afford that. I am so close to charge off and because I live in a state where WF has bank offices (Minnesota), I for some reason feel that they are more likely to pursue legal action against me once I hit charge off- is this always true?
I've been reading that 50% is about as low as WF will go- any other offers out there? Not sure what to do...very very scared :cry: :cry: :cry:
