For some reason I can't access my other thread containing all my PDL info. Anyways, I have 6 online PDL's, 5 are illegal, 1 legal.

I have sent all the letters mentioned on this site by both fax and e-mail. There is one company though that refuses to give me either an e-mail or tell me where they're located.

I was able to close my bank acct today even though it was overdrawn by $300. They just transferred the overdrawn amount to my new acct and when I get paid on Thursday I'll be back in the black.

They have advised me that all ACH withdrawals have been blocked and if somehow one gets through they'll reimburse me immediately.

It's nice being with a credit union rather than a big bank. I'm waiting to see what happens this Thurs when my check hits and the PDL's try and debit my acct.

I'll keep up with the details when I have some.

Thanks to all the help I've received here. This site is fantastic and I will recommend anyone who has problems financially to check out this place.

Ok, I got an e-mail from Direct Cash Express, (GECC), and this is what it stated.

Please be advised that Cash direct express is governed under Delaware law. For your convenience, we’ve attached a copy of your loan agreement and pasted the section regarding our governing laws below.

GOVERNING LAW, ASSIGNMENT AND EXECUTION: This Loan Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, as it is the State in which Your
Application is received, the Loan Agreement is entered into, the Loan is approved and funded and where payment is received by Us in fulfillment of Your
obligations under the Loan Agreement. We may assign or transfer this Loan Agreement or any of Our rights hereunder. If this Loan Agreement is approved by
Us, then You agree that the electronically signed Loan Agreement We receive from You will be considered the original executed Loan Agreement, which is
binding and enforceable as to both parties.

I have advised them that they are an illegal lender here in Texas and that I have already paid them $302 from the original loan of $400. I advised them that I would gladly mail them the remaining $92 owed. I'm waiting on a response.

Yep, you are holding the cards now, if they want paid they will give you a valid physical address to send your payment in full, I would tell them, no address means no payment, it's your choice.

Ok, first time I have gotten paid since closing my acct and opening a new one and no fees from any PDL were taken out. It's nice having a paycheck without all those fees. I'm sure this is just the beginning as they realize they aren't going to get their fees from me anymore.
Two lenders I have way overpaid and I am done sending them anything.
Three illegal lenders who will get the original amount of their loan paid back.
One legal lender who will get all their money owed.
Feels good!

Hey maybe you guys could help me with my problems. I have been reading the diff blogs. I currently have several on line pdls. zip 19, ameriloan, usfastcash, payday one. I sent by email and fax a cease and desist letter to zip 19 yesterday and have yet to hear from them. How can I find out if the other lenders are illegal in Illinois? And also what exactly can they do to me for defaulting? I would like to resolve everything if possible but at this point I have fallen so far behind on my monthly bills that I need to focus on them and then rectify the situations with the pdl lenders.I am aware that most online lenders are illegal and would like know how I can find out if they are legal.
