Keeps calling about TWO individuals who have never lived here or had this phone number. I have repeatedly told them to take my phone number off their list. They begin calling a few weeks later after stating they will remove my phone number from these accounts. Apparently, they do not remove my phone number.

i know Northstar location services,llc runs out of cheektowaga, Ny and have a well known reputation for illegal practices. It wouldn't surprise me if they were pretending to be a law office just to frighten you into paying off the debt. Check with the NY bar association and see how many, if any, Mr. C. connor's are licensed in NY and where they practice.
