hello to all,
I have a question,
Are the following Payday loaners allowed to make loans in pa?
sandpoint capital 300 initial paid 350
midland financial 200 initial paid 200
CMG group llc 150 unauthorized initial paid 160
Also, i never saw any sort of repayment paper work for CMG group, and i tried to get in touch with the other two, but the numbers they gave me were disconnected.
Since then, they have gone to "icollect"
what are the next steps?
i have closed my bank accounts and tried to get a hold of them to pay the principle on my terms not theirs but to no avail. i also tried to get them to let my DMP with care one credit set up a payment with them but they "don't deal with consolidators"
any help would be great.
