Does anyone know if a complaint can be filled out on line for the NJ Attorney General or do I have to print the form out and mail it and does the FTC ever get back to you when filing a complaint. I filed my compliant about a month ago and i still have not heard from them.

when filing a complaint do I have to send in a copy of my signed contract or statments showing the payments i made? What if i do not habve the contract and the account was closed, i would have to try and get copies of my bank statement from the bank ... am i going to need these?

When filing a complaint try to include as many details as possible about the company you are filing against. I would add that you have the original loan documents if they are interested in reviewing them, this way they can decide and get back with you if the documents are needed for further action.
