Didn't see this coming, what now

Ok, long story short. Please bear with me. I found out I had 3 bills in collections that I never new about. Went like this
1) Sentry Credit - $1.00
2) Sentry Credit - $623
3) Cornerstone Credit - $99
I Freaked out of course, did some research and decided to PFD for the last two. The first one for $1.00 I found out was interest that was collected on a bill that I paid the OC for in full. The CA wrote the $1.00 off and told me that in order to get it take off my credit report, I had to talk to the CRA about it. Go figure.
So I did an online dispute with Experian for this account. It said it would take 30-45 days to get my results back, so I was expecting on waiting. However, 3 business days later, I get an e-mail saying my Experian dispute results are ready. So I followed their link and much to my surprise it says Outcome: Deleted, "This item was removed from your credit report".
Awesome. So thats 1 of 3 gone. I send out the two PFD letters and later that day decide, hell, why don't I try and dispute the other one from Sentry Credit that was $623. So I do another online dispute, and 3 business days later (Tuesday morning) I get an e-mail saying that my Experian Dispute results are ready. I go to the link and it says OUTCOME: DELETED!!!! To top it off, the CA didn't call me on tuesday or today after calling me everyday for the last week!!! Did I just luck out? Keep in mind the $623 account was 4 years old and I'm wondering if Sentry couldn't validate it when Experian came calling.
This all seems too good to be true. So I'm asking, am I missing something? Or did I just really luck out? I thought I got the Experian responses back too fast but like I said, Sentry hasn't called me since I got my results back. I have a feeling I'm going to get a letter in the mail in a couple days from Sentry saying they'll agree to the PFD now just to try and get money out of me. If they do, what should I do?
I e-mailed Experian customer support asking how long it would take for these items to disappear off of my credit report. Basically the response I got back was "if creditors do choose to report information to a Bureau, they may do so whenever they want, usually every 30 days, but it could be longer, sometimes as long as 90 days"
What do I do if Sentry just doesn't report this information?

At this point your only option is to wait for the update. If Sentry doesn't update the report then you may again need to perform the process of disputing with the bureaus.
