got sued

I am in TN and i was sued a while back. they were garnishing my wages but i left that company and am now 1099. i found out they went after a account i had that was closed so i called them to make payment arangements and was paying $80 a week. i missed last weeks payment so i am wandering if they file a lien at the bank my wife banks at can her funds be frozen. i am not on her account and never have been.

I would agree with IrishPat77. If the lawsuit is only in your name then the collection of the judgment can only be for assets containing your name and/or social security number.
