Item deleted from credit file

I have finally got Verizon to delete their negative entry from my Equifax credit report. After almost 2 years and numerous calls I finally managed to obtain that.
My question is once an item is deleted from your credit file it goes away from all 3 credit reporting agencies or it was just deleted from Equifax?
I know my question is silly but I have no idea what;s the answer.

If you have disputed with Equifax then it wouldn't appear in Equ
If you have disputed with Equifax then it wouldn't appear in Equifax report. But it may stay on the others. You would need to dispute with the other bureaus to get it removed from their reports too.
