what is BBB report, and I received a call saying she says calling National debt company. How do I believe that its true

Any debt collector who calls you is supposed to send a written collection letter within 5 business days. Ask the caller who they are. Get the caller's name, company name, address and telephone number. Ask if a letter has been sent to you and when. Then you will know what account they are calling for and exactly who they are.

They should request to speak to the debtor, then identify what company they are representing. If they do not and seem somewhat evasive, that's a red flag right off the bat.
