I took the means test and passed for chapter 7 , my questions are i have a renatal house that the tenants hardly ever paid and made me behing in payments then moved out and trashed the place , there is no way i could get what I owe for the place. I'm also 80 k in CC debt and behind in all payments , In my primary resident i only have 1000.00 in equity both my cars are worth about 2500.00 per car. I don't care if i lose the rental house , but will I be able to keep my house I live in . I live in PA. Is it better to include rental in BK or just let them forclose on the rental.

I'd suggest you to speak to a qualified bk lawyer regarding this. However, as far I understand, you should be able to include the second home in your bk. If you want to retain the home, then you may have to take the ch 13 course.
